"This was the first time we had organized elections to appoint the Council of Partners. We're glad we chose to use the online voting format. It saved a lot of time and effort."
Partners are scattered across the country
As Dodo Pizza has partners all over Russia – from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok – the only realistic voting option was online. It would have taken a long time if the vote organizers had contacted each partner by email, and would also have led to the risk of errors being made when it came to counting votes.
Online voting for Partner Council
The Partner Council is an expert advisory group that participates in key decisions of the Dodo Pizza network. The organizers were looking for a transparent, secure system for online voting – requirements that Polys meets.
Turnout of 73%
Voting was limited to Russia and took place over seven days. A total of 158 partners voted for 35 candidates. Turnout was 73%.
